Renee and Darryl Family Shoot

Great family...good to shoot at home again. Seth and Kaylee (the two young ones) were great around the camera. Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

I Can't Resist

There are few people in life you will meet that are more interesting subjects (of photographs and psychological study) than Christopher Serio. I just cannot resist posting a few more of him. Trip revisited. Thanks for being a best friend all these years, buddy. I couldn't have made it without you. And for those of you who aren't familiar....check this out.... http://www.videoshoppe.blogspot.com/
....extremely talented as well as a blast. Slidell, Louisiana.

Back to Bama

Serio and I ventured to our new home for a bridal show this weekend. Seems to be a success. The hat was cool, we hope (bought at a Stuckey's at 5 AM)....still trying to find our way. We can always turn the car around, right? Birmingham, Alabama.

Ifeoma and Kelechi Wedding

Definitely the most interesting wedding I have ever seen. Nigerian. The dress was absolutely amazing. So many bright colors...a photog's dream! It was amazing watching the traditional re-entry of the couple in their new matching dress. Truly an awesome cultural experience for me. (oh, and a super nice wedding). New Orleans, Louisiana.

Part of our team

Team Photography Shoppe. Meet the Serio brothers (video EXPERTS!) and Theresa....great photog from the east coast. Fun with elevators. New Orleans, Louisiana.

Annie and Brady Engagements

A referral from past clients. I really enjoyed wandering the town with them. I wish I could have posted sooner.....sorry guys. Images still rocked! Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Jillian Portrait

So its been a while...I have been on the road (posts to come). But what other way to kick off posting again than a portrait of one woman dear to me. Meet my sister...exactly how I think of her! This one was shot on her 22nd birthday....man, I am old. I love you! Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

New Orleans Street Scene

Went down to the French Quarter for the night. Shot this at dusk uptown. Couldn't decide which one I liked more? Enjoyed a great meal with my sister, Noel, and Guy to celebrate Jillian's birthday. New Orleans, Louisiana.

Ashley and Wilbert Wedding

(Right before walking down the aisle...care of the the flower girl).

I have enjoyed getting to know Ashley and Wilbert and their family over the last year. I have to say...their wedding and reception was one of the most fun I have ever shot. The day just flew by. Also, on an interesting note....Ashley's grandparents (her grandfather presided over the ceremony) celebrated their 56th(I think?) anniversary and her parents celebrated their 28th anniversary on the 16th, the same day as the wedding. Congrats to everyone! Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
